I chose this rating because it totally rocks and its so heartwarming. In the beginning Aunt Jeanie was a jerk, and Bex had every right to be mad. Then towards the end everything was right again! I recommend this book to ages 6-15!Product details

A fun book for middle grade girls. Bex isn't your usual thirteen year old girl. She's not interested in hairstyles and the latest clothes. She loves sports and outdoors. When her Aunt tries to make her conform to the standards of an elite junior club for girls, everything goes wrong. You will want to read this to the end to see how Bex survives.
This book is clearly and simply written in a relatable way for its target audience. I can see 13 year old girls enjoying more adventures of Bex.
I would have liked to see the initial group of friends flushed out a bit more throughout, interactions with them between the Silver Rose meetings, as Bex attends school.
2 of the 3 Avas in the beginning were dropped after being introduced, maybe they are flushed out future books in the series.
Otherwise, a quick read and good problem solving for 7th grade social bullying.
I absolutely enjoyed reading this book!! You will fall in love with Bex, her friends and family. The plot is interesting and funny. You won't be able to put this book down until you finish it. I highly recommend this book and series!! This is a must read!!
I really enjoyed reading this book about teenage misfits. We don't always have to fit the mold and some never fit. That's ok as long as you're not hurting anyone. He yourself and be happy with who you are.
I recommend this book to anyone that has been bullied before. I chose to give this book 5 stars because it kept me wanting to keep reading. There is a lot of action and some drama which is the kind of stuff I like to read because u always wonder what is going to happen next.
I would consider this book to 10-13 year olds. I read this book about 3 times because it's that funny😊😊😊.I would also say not to give it to kids 9 and less and don't have it to doys.
After finding that the first three books on my were war-related, I went looking for some humor. Found it! Good writing, and I am still friends with someone the mean girls are still neglecting 50 years later so could identify, as I also was never invited to their parties, never part of their clique. Solid, good conclusion. One descriptive sentence was so good and kind of hilarious that I read it to my husband.
